CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Jo & Co Salon, we customize and reserve your hair appointments especially for you. We greatly value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. This is to help cover the loss of income for your stylist and our salon for your reserved time on our schedule.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please keep in mind that showing up late for an appointment will effect the length and nature of your service. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control, so we will do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete service possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation, and the associated cancellation fee. We are always willing to work with you as best as possible, so please notify us if you are running behind.
